I was in the rental management business for 12 years in the Gatlinburg/Pittman Center area. Cabins, chalets, cottages and honeymoon rentals.  All with different settings (mountain views, private /secluded, on the river.) This also gave me experience in the cleaning area of the business.  I managed anywhere from 10 - 30 rentals.   I dealt with guests on a daily basis.  Made cleaning schedules, handled all quality control in the cleaning area and cleaned at times when it was necessary. I stayed in contact with all owners and kept them informed on their rentals.  I contacted the owners with all mechanical problems and handled most repairs for the owners.  

My Business

My business came to life 4 years ago. After working in the rental business in the Gatlinburg/Pittman Center area for many years,I decided it was time to be my own boss.  I thought, "I have the know how and skills so use it to your advantage."

UPDATE:  My Cleaning and Property Management program has grown in 2009.
